An employee was wrongly accused of fraud and theft and even when it was clear this was not the case and there was no evidence to support it they continued to seek dismissal.

Worst of all is that this is not a one off. We believe at least 10 and probably a lot more have been victims of the same behaviour in this organization and who have resigned or dismissed based on no evidence.

They seemed to have targeted India or Fijian Indian, high performing employees who were making good commissions.
